All classes are designed for all levels, with modifications and challenges to meet the needs of all class participants. Class participants are encourage to explore new paths towards their fitness with the guidance of our experienced, educated and compassionate instructors.

Peak Durability
Monday & Friday 8:30am-9:30am

A dynamic multi-layered workout intentionally designed with tissue and joint health and longevity at heart. Workouts will each have a central joint focus or theme and will include bodyweight movements, resistance work, flows, joint and tissue mobilization, and strengthening. Whether to enhance sports-specific performance, achieve adequate and quality recovery, decrease pain and restriction, or increase joint function, this workout approach will help you improve your overall joint health and longevity.

Barre Intensity® combines attributes of Pilates, dance, and functional fitness training. We incorporate small isolated movements to fatigue the muscles, large range motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that incorporates upper and lower body to make every minute count. This results in a total body workout that leaves you mentally strong and feeling accomplished. Come on in for a challenging, yet highly modifiable workout for all bodies and abilities. Let the music move you, the barre inspire you and the Peak Community support you!

Barre socks are suggested. Available in studio for purchase.

Peak Peach Perfect
Tuesday 12:00pm-12:30pm

Descriptor: A gluteal focused workout that increases hip stability and strength along with increasing muscular tone of the derriere and thighs. Workouts will include body weight, resistance bands and free weights all to create that perfect peach.

Peak Stretch
Monday 6:30pm-7:00pm

Guided and restorative stretching class focused on breath and learning how to listen to body cues. Adaptable for anyone's anatomy and ability level. Enjoy weekly themed music (requests are welcome ahead of time). Practice this form of self-care to start your week off well. Please give yourself time to drive and settle in about 10-15 minutes early. Wear something comfy. Mats and props are provided, but feel free to bring your own.

Heated Vinyasa Flow
Thursday 6:30am-7:30pm

An energetic practice comprised of a series of postures connecting breath and flowing movement set to engaging music. Be prepared to be guided towards your edge in a fun flowing practice that promotes strength, endurance and suppleness.

Vibrant Flow
Tuesday & Thursday 9:00-10:00am

In an energetic albeit relaxed style, Holly will get you moving and flowing through yoga postures and beyond, clearing the mind, relieving stress, and deeply breathing you into the present moment. This class is suitable for everyone, and any and all modifications are welcome.

Yoga mats and props are available in studio; feel free to bring your own.

Peak Balanced Flow
Tuesday 5:30-6:30pm

This Vinyasa flow class was inspired by a group of mental healthcare co-workers who wanted a yoga practice that would allow them to transition from work to home, and a class was born. Within this hour of yoga practice, you can expect an approach that creates balance in the body by blending poses that open and lengthen with those that challenge and strengthen. This class will be paired with playlists that set the tone for the level of energy in various parts of the class. In order to create the best transition to the evening, this practice will offer ample relaxation/meditation that will be the restful and peaceful transition needed on a Tuesday evening. This class is accessible to all bodies, from beginners to experienced yogis. Options are provided throughout class to meet the needs of all participants.

All yoga accessories are provided. Please bring your own if preferred.

Peak Core
Friday 12:00pm-12:30pm

Descriptor: More than just an 'ab workout', this class will work to improve strength and function of your core, including the front and back of your torso, along with hips, glutes and shoulders. This 30 minute workout will incorporate challenging mix of core-stabilizing exercises and functions movement to improve posture, balance, stability and strength. Workouts will include multiple formats of body weight movements, resistance weights and bands, along with dynamic challenges. An investment in your core enhances your ability to lift heavier, increase athletic performance and move safely and well-supported through life's tasks and adventures.

Peak Strength
Tuesday 6:45-7:45pm & Saturday 8:00-9:00am

Whether you're dabbling in strength training or you consider yourself a pro, everyone will get their blood pumping during this total body strength training interval class. We'll target all muscle groups with functional movements utilizing body weight, resistance bands, and free weights.

Foundations Yoga & Meditation
Thursdays 7:00-7:45pm

Am I bendy enough? What if I can't do the poses? What are the poses? What if I don't know the names? What do I wear? How do I start? Which direction do I explore? What is at the heart of yoga and meditation? How can I further explore what I have been practicing? Have you ever asked yourself any of these questions? If so, this is the offering for you! Join our Foundations Yoga Meditation class at Peak Wellness. This session caters to beginners and individuals seeking to enhance their practice. Begin or become a beginner again where you are free from the unknowing and completely supported while immersing yourself in a guided journey towards mindfulness and well-being.

All mats and props provided. Wear comfy clothing. Be ready to be bare foot or to use grippy yoga/barre socks (available in studio for purchase).

Cardio & Core
Saturday 9:00-9:30am

Everyone will get their sweat on during this fun, fast-paced class. All fitness and experience levels will be challenged during these dynamic core strengthening and stabilizing exercises mixed with cardiovascular endurance. During the class, we will increase your heart rate with cardio then move into a core strengthening circuit to lower the heart rate before bringing it back up, repeating the cycle. Options will be shown for exercises so everyone can join in on the fun! Workouts will include body weight, and resistance bands and free weights may be added to increase core engagement and intensity.
