Peak Balanced Flow
Tuesday 5:30-6:30pm
This Vinyasa flow class was inspired by a group of mental healthcare co-workers who wanted a yoga practice that would allow them to transition from work to home, and a class was born. Within this hour of yoga practice, you can expect an approach that creates balance in the body by blending poses that open and lengthen with those that challenge and strengthen. This class will be paired with playlists that set the tone for the level of energy in various parts of the class. In order to create the best transition to the evening, this practice will offer ample relaxation/meditation that will be the restful and peaceful transition needed on a Tuesday evening. This class is accessible to all bodies, from beginners to experienced yogis. Options are provided throughout class to meet the needs of all participants.
All yoga accessories are provided. Please bring your own if preferred.
